The articles

    Freedom of Connectivity

    Every citizen has the right to reasonably functioning Wi-Fi. The Republic accepts no responsibility for the router.

    Meetings

    No citizen shall be compelled to attend a meeting that could reasonably have been an email.

  3. III

    Undo

    Citizens shall retain the right to Ctrl+Z regrettable decisions wherever technically possible, and to regret them privately where it is not.

    Browser Tabs

    The Republic shall place no constitutional limit on browser tabs, irrespective of the effect upon available memory or the citizen.

    Passwords

    No citizen shall be expected to remember a password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, symbols, numerals, ancient runes and the blood of their firstborn.

    CAPTCHA

    The Republic rejects the presumption that its citizens are robots until proven otherwise. Selecting every square containing a bus is not a test of humanity. It is an insult to it.

    Reply All

    Malicious use of Reply All constitutes an offence against public order. Accidental use constitutes a tragedy.

    The Comment Section

    Parliament sits permanently in the Comment Section. It has never once reached agreement, and shall not be expected to.

    A citizen who has read a message incurs no legal obligation to answer it, but shall carry the knowledge for ever.

    Cookies

    The Republic recognises two forms of cookie. Citizens shall be permitted to accept the edible kind without reading the terms.

    Loading

    Nothing in the Republic shall be declared finished at ninety-nine per cent.

  12. XII

    The Right to Log Off

    Every citizen may leave at any time. The Republic will pretend not to notice, and will be waiting when they return.
